How We Can Help
Crisis Support & Referrals
Our peer coaches can help connect you or a loved one to immediate crisis resources, local mental health services, and ongoing support - all at no cost.
QPR Training
Question. Persuade. Refer. We offer free QPR gatekeeper training to community members, families, and organizations - teaching the skills to recognize warning signs and take action.
Peer Support
Sometimes the most powerful thing is talking to someone who truly understands. Our certified peer recovery coaches offer one-on-one support grounded in empathy and shared experience.
Family & Survivor Support
We support families who have lost a loved one to suicide, as well as those supporting someone who is struggling. You don't have to navigate this alone.
