a lifetime of recovery with Behavioral Health Disorders. Scholarships funding available.  

Community health navigators (CHNs) are community members who help patients in primary care settings. They provide individualized support to address patient needs. Resources for community health navigators in North Idaho

 “SMART” Recovery is an acronym that stands for “Self-Management and Recovery Training.”  Local SMART Recovery Facilitators serve as a vital resource for people in their communities looking for 

relief from addictive behaviors.
