United Way of North Idaho's ALICE Child Care Scholarship is a pool of funds created through grants and fundraising to support families who are attending school and/or employed and need assistance paying for the care of pre-K and school-age children.
The Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) serves families with children under the age of 13 or over 13 if a child has a disability, providing child care assistance to working families by paying for a portion of child care. ICCP helps Idaho families with child care so parents can work, complete job training, or finish school.
The Children's Center is open during the fall and spring semesters and strives to accommodate students and staff and operates on a schedule similar to that of NIC classes. We follow the student calendar and are closed during student holidays and campus closures.
